Design

What inspires you? After you fill out our design survey, we are able to create an overall wedding design that is truly based off of your own personal style. We produce an elegant, cohesive flow to your event through the lighting, decor, linens, place settings, florals, furniture, paper materials and more. We can transform a space to reflect your vision.

Full Service Management

We offer complete coordination and management of your entire wedding team and planning process. We are known for our excellent relationships with every venue coordinator we have worked with. Because we have a team approach when managing your event, we are referred by numerous venues throughout New England. We will also manage your invitation process, budget, meeting schedules, out-of-town guest accommodations, hotel welcome baskets, favors and much more.

Wedding Day Coordination

No need for you or your family members to stress on your big day. We will handle all of the details and any unplanned situations that may arise. We will be the point of contact for all your vendors and we will make sure your day runs smoothly. You can trust us to make all your dreams come true on your special day.

Venue Search

We will recommend the style venue you are most interested in from hotels and resorts to museums and mansions, and even boats or empty fields. The variety goes on and on. Let us narrow down the search for you by determining room capacities, location restrictions, budget match and available dates before we schedule your site tours.

Vendor Selection

This is where we shine! We recommend experienced professionals who provide superior service and expertise. There are an overwhelming number of options for each couple to research. Let us make this process effortless for you. We will provide you with a limited number of options that are in your price range and fit your style, and then arrange for you to meet with each of the vendors of your choice. Ultimately you will always make your own decisions, we just make the process much easier for you.

Consultations

We are happy to meet with you at our office Mondays through Thursdays – day or night. Consultations may be scheduled to discuss guidance on etiquette, assistance with ceremony or reception research or other small details regarding your special day. If your schedule does not permit a face-to-face meeting, we would be happy to arrange a video conference call or a phone consultation. Consultations are booked by the hour with a four hour minimum.

Accessories

We can assist you with all the details you desire: linens, rentals, furniture, favors, unity candles, ketubahs, ring bearer pillows, guest books, cake knives, champagne flutes, wedding web sites and the list goes on and on.

Invitations & Paper Materials

We will assist you through the entire invitation design process. This includes the creation of your save the date cards, ceremony programs, escort cards, place cards, table cards, shower & rehearsal invitations and more. All of these items are part of the overall decor and should part of your design plan.
