We offer complete coordination and management of your entire wedding team and planning process. We are known for our excellent relationships with every venue coordinator we have worked with. Because we have a team approach when managing your event, we are referred by numerous venues throughout New England. We will also manage your invitation process, budget, meeting schedules, out-of-town guest accommodations, hotel welcome baskets, favors and much more.

Let us make this process effortless for you. We will provide you with a limited number of options that are in your price range and fit your style, and then arrange for you to meet with each of the vendors of your choice. Ultimately you will always make your own decisions, we just make the process much easier for you.

We are happy to meet with you at our office Mondays through Thursdays – day or night. Consultations may be scheduled to discuss guidance on etiquette, assistance with ceremony or reception research or other small details regarding your special day. If your schedule does not permit a face-to-face meeting, we would be happy to arrange a video conference call or a phone consultation. Consultations are booked by the hour with a four hour minimum.

We will assist you through the entire invitation design process. This includes the creation of your save the date cards, ceremony programs, escort cards, place cards, table cards, shower & rehearsal invitations and more. All of these items are part of the overall decor and should part of your design plan.
