S&C’s day was defined by thoughtful personal touches and meaningful experiences woven throughout the celebration. Their ceremony took place at the Sacred Heart Church in North Square, one of Boston’s most captivating historic neighborhoods where cobblestone streets, Paul Revere’s House, and the classic Italian vibes of Mamma Maria anchor the setting in genuine local character. That choice instantly grounded the day in place and memory.
After the mass, guests headed to the waterfront for an outdoor cocktail hour along Boston Harbor. The transition from centuries-old streets to open harbor views energized the crowd. The Boston Harbor Hotel’s Wharf Room was the reception’s backdrop, a grand space with high ceilings and expansive windows overlooking the water that gave every moment a little cinematic flash. Guests were fully engaged from start to finish with lighting that transformed the space, interactive photo booth moments that kept the energy lively, and a dessert table stocked with carefully curated sweets that reflected S&C’s tastes.
The celebration also included one of the most talked about surprises of the night – a visit from Bruno the Bear, the official mascot of Brown University. That unexpected appearance got everyone laughing and created a moment guests are still talking about. From beginning to end, every detail was intentionally tailored to S&C’s story and gave their friends and family an experience that felt both personal and unforgettable.
