We recommend experienced vendors who provide superior service and expertise.There can be too many options for the couple who does not have the time to research the entire industry. Let us make this process effortless for you. We will provide you with a limited number of options that are in your price range and fit your style, and then arrange for you to meet with each of the vendors of your choice. Ultimately you will always make your own decisions, we just make the process easier for you.

Venue Search

We have photos, site plans, price structures and menus from numerous hotels, resorts, museums, mansions, ships and more. Let us narrow down the search for you by determining room capacities, location restrictions and available dates before you drive to these locations for site tours.

Management Throughout

We will manage your guest lists, budget, meetings, out-of-town guest accommodations, hotel welcome baskets, favors and much more.

Wedding Day Coordination

No need for you or your family members to stress on your big day. We will handle all the details and any unplanned situations that may arise. We will be the point of contact for all your vendors and we will make sure your day runs smoothly. You can trust us to make all your dreams come true on your special day.

Consultations

We are happy to meet with you at our office Mondays through Thursdays - day or night. Consultations may be scheduled to discuss guidance on etiquette, assistance with ceremony or reception research or other small details regarding your special day. If your schedule does not permit a face-to-face meeting, we would be happy to arrange a phone consultation. Your first 60 minute consultation at our office will be free of charge.

Invitations & Calligraphy

While we are authorized dealers for Carlson Craft , Encore Studios, BirchCraft and StylArt, we also work with companies that can create hand-made invitations upon request. In the off-season, we offer in-house calligraphy and during the busy spring and summer months, we recommend wonderful, local calligraphers.

Paper Materials

We specialize in hand made items, such as; save the date cards, ceremony programs, map/direction cards, place cards, table cards, shower & rehearsal invitations and more. We can create unique designs for any theme.

Accessories

We can assist you with all the details you desire: linens, rentals, unity candles, ring bearer pillows, guest books, cake cutters, champagne flutes, wedding web site and much more.
