Diamond Package
The Diamond Package is designed for the busy and demanding bride or groom. If you do not have the time to research and visit sites, schedule interviews and appointments with prospective vendors, negotiate contracts and track your finances as they relate to your budget, then this service is a perfect fit with your needs. For the couple who wishes to actively share in the planning or take on a portion of it themselves, then our Emerald Package will give you the expertise and resources of a wedding professional while allowing you to obtain some of the providers and services on your own. Ruby Package
If you and your fiance' have decided to plan the entire wedding on your own, but you are worried about how things will run smoothly on your wedding day without your full-undivided attention, this service should suit your needs. You can relax and enjoy your wedding, while you let us manage and coordinate the day for you.- Receive and Review Photocopies of Contracts and Contact Info for All Vendors from Bride and Groom (Two months prior to wedding date)
- Discuss and Review Planned Timeline for Wedding Day
- One Progress Meeting with Bride and Groom (5 to 7 days prior to wedding date)
- Email /Call All Vendors and Venue Two Weeks Before Wedding Date to Go Over Timelines, Rules and Regulations and to Offer Introductions and Assistance
- Wedding Day Management
Pearl Package
This package is for couples looking for assistance with research services, simple guidance on etiquette, menu selection, rehearsal advisement, hotel location/reservations, transportation arrangements or other small details that do not require the full use of a consultant. This service is provided on an hourly basis only. (This package is not available for venue recommendations, please ask for a project quote for that service.)4 hour minimum is required (payable in advance)
