Each couple will have very particular and individual needs. Our packages provide guidelines for some of the most frequently requested services. However, each package can be adjusted and customized to fit a couple's precise requirements.

Diamond Package

The Diamond Package is designed for the busy and demanding couple. If you do not have the time to research and visit sites, schedule interviews and appointments with prospective vendors, negotiate contracts and track your finances as they relate to your budget, then this service is a perfect fit with your needs. Allow us to efficiently coordinate all of the details surrounding your special day.

Emerald Package

For the couple who wishes to actively share in the planning or take on a portion of it themselves, then our Emerald Package will give you the expertise and resources of a wedding professional while allowing you to obtain some of the providers and services on your own. This comprehensive package is a great fit for the couple that has their wedding date and venue secured, but need some assistance in taking the next step and continuing forward.

Sapphire Package

If you desire to plan most of your own wedding, or have already completed a few of your to-do items, but want a professional to oversee your event to make sure that everything you have selected and contracted for are done in a timely manner, then this level of service should be just right for you.

Ruby Package

This is our wedding weekend management and crunch time package that allows us to get involved just enough at the end of your planning process in order to implement your plans for you. This is a perfect package for those couples that want to plan the entire wedding on their own, but want assistance at the end to make sure things will run smoothly at your rehearsal and on your wedding day without your full-undivided attention. You, and your family, can relax and enjoy your wedding, while you let us manage and coordinate the day for you.

Pearl Package

This package is for couples looking for assistance with research services, simple guidance on etiquette, menu selection, rehearsal advisement, hotel location/reservations, transportation arrangements or other small details that do not require the full use of a consultant. This service is provided on an hourly basis only. (This package is not available for venue recommendations, please ask for a project quote for that service.)

4 hour minimum is required (payable in advance)
